Prenup Shoot Experience

Happy New Year!

Yeah, yeah, I know! It’s already late for this greeting. It’ll be what, February in the next two days? LOL! Whatever happened to me updating this blog at least once a week? Hmm, maybe I should start doing that now.

Anyway, it has been a very busy January for us. Aside from work, we finally had the chance to do our engagement shoot, aka our “prenup” photos and video. I never thought picking out outfits for this shoot was hard LOL I think, I almost didn’t have any “good” ones to wear from what I’ve picked earlier on and this is the reason why they’ve been asking us to send the outfits beforehand so they could colour match us. But of course, we didn’t get the chance to do that because we keep forgetting and we simply didn’t have time. It was also kind of a good thing that I bought extra clothes the day of the shoot. You know for better options. This experience made me realize how hard it is being a celebrity. You have to maintain posture and certain angles for a longer time, you have to smile and look genuinely happy. Well, even though it’s tiring, I had fun doing it. I’m grateful that they made us really comfortable with their presence in order for them to capture our “intimate” moments. They are really nice people to work with. I have nothing to say against them or our experience. We just feel bad because we kind of didn’t give them enough accommodation—I mean, I feel like it wasn’t enough. I’m also glad that we did this prenup (no matter how cringey it was when we thought about doing it because we’re both awkward in front of the cameras) because this made us comfortable around them which will be ?beneficial or good on our wedding day. We don’t have to be awkward around them, at least by that time, we’re familiar with them already.

It was very cold when we did the shoot, and at first I was skeptical if we would be able to shoot that day. But, we managed—we braved the cold, and biting Manitoba winter. My toes and my hands were freezing and I thought I’m gonna end up with a frostbite or something LOL I couldn’t feel them for a minute or so until we had to go back in the cabin to warm ourselves. Did I say it was fun? It was definitely fun. I really enjoyed the experience. Though I would definitely recommend doing your prenup on a warmer season. Below are some my fave photos. The rest you can see them here [rutemporosaphotography.com]

Oops! I was only planning to upload 4 photos but couldn’t decide which ones to upload LOL Well, I’ll end this post here. Will definitely post the prenup video once it’s available. Stay safe!

Ciao!💋
