The most used line ever every new year but a few could only uphold its concept. I’m guilty about this—I often say I will change for the better but end up not doing it or midway I give up. No consistency.
Days before 2020 ended, I shared my “new year’s resolution” to my fiancé (and he recorded it—for evidence). I really wanted to do it for real this time. So here’s my top two:
1) To let go of the things I have no control of.
2) To not sit and brood over a certain issue for a long time.
They’re kind of the same LOL But those two are my most toxic trait so far. I shared it here and to my fiancé because in case I do it, someone will be able to slap me with this. Well, exciting year ahead! Other NY resolutions:
3) To eat healthy foods (help me, LORD)
4) To exercise for half an hour “everyday”. Uhm, when I say exercise it means to walk on the treadmill in 3.5 level. And when I say everyday it means—every 2-3 days. But then again, it’s the consistency we need to improve on. COME ON SELF, WE GOTTA CHANGE!
This is it for now 😉 Happy New Year y’all!
Stay safe!
