Alright! My laptop is finally fixed! My files are still saved as they didn’t reformat it. Yay! My fiancé picked it up today, in the morning, since he didn’t want me to drive alone (aww, so sweet!) He got worried (I think) from last time I went to the city with my girls. Originally, we were supposed to leave at 0700 so that we could still go to Walmart after or before going to the Apple Store/Centre. But, surprise, surprise—we woke up late. I think we got up around 0730—I even set my alarm at 0530 LOL what a scam.
We got in the mall around 1030, went straight to the store, picked-up the laptop, bought a meal, then head back down in town. We were out for like, five hours and all we could think of is if Bullet (the little monster) have any more victims when we got home. Thankfully, nothing. Well, almost—my charger is barely hanging on, he could reach it already on top of his crate. How he does it, I have no idea. Should I buy a doggie camera just to see what he does when we’re not at home? Hmm, I might. Oh, and I also took him to the vet after we had a quick late lunch. My little monster finally got his rabies shot! He can finally mingle with other dogs and hoomans! Then, when I had a moment to sit and appreciate my new screen (jk), I immediately started looking for new laptop cases and screen protector. The thing is, this MacBook has been discontinued last 2019 so I find it hard to find screen protectors online. As for the case, I was planning to buy the skin since hardcases makes the laptop dirtier instead of the other way around. However, I can’t do that now since I have a little monster that will definitely repeat what he did if I’m not careful this time around. I just have to hold on until next year—until le fiancé and I move in to our home—maybe after the wedding. As of now, I just need to protect this laptop and make sure to back-up my files. But, in order to that, I have to buy an external drive LOL What a very expensive year for me.
Oh, I forgot to mention—last night, Bullet had another victim. This time it was my glasses. I know I left it on top of his crate where I always put it, then I went upstairs to have a shower. When I went back down, he was unusually calm and cute. Lo and behold, I found my glasses on the floor all chewed up, one of the lens came off. I could only take a deep breath and sigh. I look at him and saw that his puppy eyes mode is on already. I couldn’t really get mad at him. He’s so bad!
This is all my update for now and all Bullet’s mischief. Will definitely write more about him as he mature. I can’t really wait for puppy stage to be over, but then I’ll definitely miss this cute stage. Just like a newborn hooman, indeed.
