Okay, so remember that I got a puppy a month ago? He’s doing okay aside from the fact that he is a freaking chewing monster. It’s so bad! And I believe he actually have bad separation anxiety. Yesterday (Wednesday, 20th October), we left him for an hour because my fiancé and I had an appointment in the bank. Anyway, when we came back, shredded paper that he chewed scattered on the floor. My laptop that was on the coffee table was knocked off on the floor just in between the table and the mattress. I didn’t pay attention to it for at least an hour because I thought he just knocked it off when he was trying to grab something on the table.
Boy, I was wrong. When my fiancé turned it on to use it, we found out that the screen was broken. I was so mad and frustrated that I had to put him in the crate in order for me not to hurt him. Wedding plan is in there, I can’t back it up because I can’t see anything on the screen—there were black spots and it was glitching—it’s working, no problem with keyboard and it’s turning on. It’s basically just the screen.
I yelled at him out of frustration but felt bad right after that I let him out of the crate, apologized to him and gave him lots of kisses and cuddles. He was probably traumatized from what I did but I am also hoping that he learned his lesson. He did something bad but he looked at me as if he was innocent and as if he was the victim. Damn those puppy eyes!
Honestly tho, I wasn’t really mad mad. I could’ve easily ignored it but right now, I can’t afford to replace the laptop. I’m also hoping that it won’t take too long to get it fix. I already asked Apple Support for the cost etc but they told me it depends on the damage. Kinda frustrating but what can I do.
Should I just sell him? Just kidding!
