Today, for the first time after a long time (LOL), my little sissy (a very close younger friend) and I finally got the chance to hang out again. We went to Clear Lake but we didn’t took any pictures maybe because we were so immersed in our conversation that I didn’t really think to take a selfie or whatever to post in my IG story which I usually do.
It really has been a while. I’m so happy to see her again and to catch up with her—about her work and what’s going on with her life. I’m really glad that she is enjoying her job and that it doesn’t affect her studies as compared to her previous one. I am also relieved that she is coping well now—that she could handle her stress now way better than before. I’m really proud of her.
We didn’t stay long because 1) there were a lot of people in the lake because it’s the long weekend and 2) her brother was telling her to go home already. I think they were supposed to clean today plus she misplaced her wallet and couldn’t find it before we left it earlier. Good news, she found it under her mattress.
Why was it a “sorta” productive day? Just because I didn’t really do much until we went out earlier. I’ve been in bed since this morning—only getting up to use the bathroom and to eat. I was even irritated with le fiancé because he wanted me to cook and I don’t have any ingredients at home. Plus, I’m the type of person that needs to plan ahead of time of what I want to cook and I’m not really good with whipping something out of nothing. Long story short: he end up cooking our lunch LOL
